Ingredients
  • Cabbage (preferably organic red)
  • Aluminum foil
  • A bandage or gauze
Instructions:
Take out the outer leaf of the cabbage, wash it well, leave it to dry, and remove the hard stem. To release its juiceroll a rolling pin over the leaf.  Then, wrap it in a foil, to warm it up put it in the oven for several minutes, and then apply it on the affected area. Secure it with a bandage or gauze. After an hour, remove it. Repeat this procedure 2-3times daily.
Keep the cabbage leaves in the refrigeratorif you prefer cold compresses,  and apply them cold on the painful areas.
