It contains alkalinizing compounds and it improves digestion.There are many ways you can use the baking soda in order to lose weight and get the figure you always wanted.We will introduce three recipes combined with baking soda designed to eliminate fat.

Baking soda and apple cider vinegar
½ of baking soda
2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water

Mix the ingredients in a glass and stir till you get a nice mixture. Always consume on an empty stomach and you will start seeing results fast.

Baking soda with grapefruit and lemon juice.
1 tsp. of baking soda
½ glass of water
1 lemon or grapefruit

Pour the baking soda in the glass of water and add the lemon juice or grapefruit juice and stir till the ingredients are mixed together.

Baking soda and fruits
–2 lemons
–1 cup of strawberries
– 1 tsp of baking soda
–2 cups of water
–1 handful of fresh mint leaves

Mix all the ingredients together until they combine. Consume twice a day for best results.
