If you are a banana lover, the following diet will suit you perfectly. The best thing is that you will not feel hunger. You can lose up to 5 kg in one week. But, before you start the diet you have to consult a doctor or a nutritionist.
Breakfast – eat only 1 banana. If you are still hungry 15 minutes after this, you can go ahead and eat one more. You should not consume anything more for breakfast, but if you think the banana won’t be enough for you, you can consume 2-3 tbsp. of boiled rice. Make sure to consume only ripe bananas.
Lunch and supper – get you dinner at 8 o’clock the latest, although it would be perfect to take your dinner at 6 PM. You are not limited with your choice when it comes to the ingredients for lunch and supper, and you can eat what you usually eat. Make sure the portions are smaller, and avoid desserts.

Only water

Snack
Around 3 PM you can eat 2 parts of dark chocolate, or low calorie cake. You are no allowed to take chips, ice-cream, donuts, or similar foods. it would be much better to take one fruit as a sack, but if your desire for something sweet is great, do not frustrate yourself.
Get to bed early
Make sure that you go to sleep at midnight the latest.
Exercise if you want to
You don’t necessarily have to exercise, but if you do want that, go ahead. Make sure that you walk as much as you can.
Keep a diary
Keep a diary by noting how you’ve felt and what you have consumed throughout the day. You can find forums on the internet and exchange experiences with other people who have tried this diet.
