Magnesium oil sleep spray
Magnesium oil is often very helpful for promoting sleep but can cause tingling on the skin, especially if a person is deficient, so it isn’t the best all-over remedy for children but the solution is to apply a small amount to the feet only before bed and put socks on the kids. The feet are tougher and don’t seem to tingle like the rest of the body does, and this helps improve sleep.

Ingredients
Chamomile Essential Oil
Roman chamomile essential oil is the most effective one to use for insomnia. It’s has both sedative and relaxing properties. It is often used to deal with nervous tension, which makes this an obvious choice to help you prepare for sleep.
Lavender Essential Oil
Simply smelling the plant is enough to help you relax. So imagine how powerful a concentration of lavender essential oil can be. It’s so effective that just putting a few drops on your pillowcase might be enough to help you sleep better at night.
Magnesium Oil
The 4th most abundant mineral in your body is also the hardest to get enough of. Less than 30% of U.S. adults consume the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of magnesium. Not only is it responsible for over 300 chemical reactions within your body, it also doubles as an amazing antidote to stress. It’s been dubbed “the most relaxing mineral in the body” by various health experts. Basically, the more of it you have, the more relaxed you will be and the better your chances of getting a good night’s sleep.
PROCESS:
Heat water, just before boiling point.
Remove from heat and add magnesium chloride flakes (not Epsom salts, they will not work).
Add 1/8 teaspoon lavender essential oil.
Let cool and place in a glass spray bottle.
Use magnesium oil at bedtime or after a bath to get some transdermal magnesium.
The magnesium oil spray can be washed off (if you want) after letting it soak in for about 10 minutes.
